Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping service selected.
We use Shopify’s available shipping carriers and rates to provide reliable delivery options.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, but most domestic orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ship every order on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
